An Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the American Society of Appraisers, Ronald M. Gold, is the past (1999-2000) president of the Society's New York City Chapter. Mr. Gold currently serves the Society as Chairman of its prestigious National Task Force on Public Relations to the Legal Community.

A member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Mr. Gold is an active commercial and residential real estate appraiser working primarily in Manhattan. He is an instructor for the Real Estate Board of New York and the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board. He is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), a non-profit organization of real estate professionals committed to the relocation of employees worldwide. A popular teacher and lecturer, he offers courses at The Learning Annex and other institutions.
